Changing plans
Upgrading or downgrading

Open Billing
In the app, go to Settings → Billing. You'll see your current plan and usage against its limits.

Choose Change Plan
Select a new plan and confirm.

Know what happens next
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep your current plan's limits until then.
FAQ
Common questions
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
New uploads are blocked once you reach your plan's storage limit. Existing archives stay fully accessible and searchable — you just won't be able to add more until you free up space or upgrade.
Can I add more users to a Team or Enterprise plan?
Team includes 5 users; Enterprise includes 5 and lets you add more at €5 per user per month, up to 250. Invite them yourself from Settings → Team — see Managing Your Team.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes — for on-premise deployment, custom SLAs, or multi-region data residency, custom plans start from €500/month. Email hello@evermail.ai to discuss.
How do I cancel?
Downgrade to the Free plan from Settings → Billing at any time. Your data isn't deleted when you downgrade — it stays as long as it fits within the Free plan's 1 GB limit; if it doesn't, contact support before downgrading.
