What file formats does Evermail support?
Evermail supports .mbox, PST, EML, Google Takeout (zip), and Outlook exports. You can upload individual files or entire archive exports — no conversion required.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on EU infrastructure hosted in Azure EU regions. Your data never leaves the EU and is fully GDPR compliant.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel a paid plan, you get a 30-day export grace period to download all your emails in EML or MBOX format. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. On the Free plan, data is auto-deleted after 30 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for yearly billing?
Yes! Yearly billing saves you 2 months (approximately 17% off). Switch between monthly and yearly using the toggle above.
What is the MCP API endpoint?
Evermail exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint so AI assistants like Claude, GPT, and others can search your email archive directly. Available on Starter plans and above.
